best saw for cutting firewood cordwood

ok all,

i currently have a small husky 340 with 13 inch bar .325 pitch

it is ok but i fear that i need something with a bit more umph!!

 

i have got a load of oversized hardwood which i am among at the mo aswell as processer type wood to get thro.

 

can anyone recommend a decent saw for this type of work? i have been looking at husky 346xp and the 357xp ?

 

what do you guys use?

i have a 340 also for doing firewood, been using it for 9 years now to do 40 tons or so a year. Often at twice bar and amazingly its still going - just keep really sharp and all is good.

 

Did also look at a 357 but price scared me off until the 340 goes bang and stops playing.

Tend to use my husky 350 mostly as its lighter and less thirsty than my 357xp, both running 18 " bars and .325 chains, although have to admit my weapon of choice before some thieving get parted me from it was my husky 372xp with 24 " bar :thumbup1:
