Depends on if you rely on them a lot mate. If they make you good coin and you have plans on having them in again, I'd overlook it and pay it myself. I'd make damn sure he knows he's paying for the next mistake though....

If he was worth his salt, he'd offer to pay for it himself mate!:thumbdown:

I know of a few situations where the Boss of a firm has asked freelance climbers to dismantle and they've clear-felled and broken stuff - they paid for it.

yes. and i probably wouldn't use them again

 

Same as. if they refuse i don't know how you will make them pay mind!

 

They need reminding that your the boss on the job and if you say it comes down in 500 bits thats what happens!
