awesome what a guy, i missed a talk with him years ago in a village down the road, i was gutted. His neice stayed with us years ago, a friend of a friend from Nz long lost friend ha ha. I love how he holds onto the side of the ladder not the rungs, does anyone know why? i think i do:biggrin:

I loved the original series a year with Fred, bet he had never heard the phrase risk assessment. Sham he was born 100 years too late.

i met him in a local pub to me when he was working on a museum chimney herer in cambridge, i saw a letter that he wrote on completing the work there his hand writing so neat

I was always told to hold the sides cos the bloke who's following you down might step on your hands:001_smile: Wouldn't matter on that ladder because NO WAY would you get me on it. Respect to the man.
