Grismal day here in the Welsh borders.
Sunshine tomorrow though.

Even on the most 'grismal' day (new one for me!) there is usually sunshine soon after. 

 

Perhaps a metaphor for life Mark?

I went for an emergency visit to my Gp today mark and she doubled my medication. She also gave me 2 weeks of Diazepam in case i have a really bad day those take the edge off stop the silly thoughts.

 

This came out of the blue around 6 weeks ago i have been fine for the last 10 years believe it or not.

. A mate of mine came up with 'grismal', I think it's an excellent word..

Aye, there is bright side which counteracts the darker days, sometime though it feels like a cloud is always In the way of the sun. 

 

Things can get always get better. And clouds drift.
