Lightweight strimmer

Hi, so my strimmer is a heavy duty strimmer / brushcutter. Bit i am taking on a new contract which has dmall grass areas on a steep undulating slope. Only way to keep it short is to use a strimmer. But my big 'bump head' one isn't good for cutting short grass neatly. Anyone experience of cutting grass short using a strimmer?

And a decent full style harness, not one of those luggage strap types.

 

But yeah, practice.

Use one of the finer filament cords with sharp edges, star/square profile rather than round, creates a cleaner finish.

I would be going down the professional battery trimmer route for cutting neat grass on slopes.

Vortex strimmer cord is the stuff to use, lovely finish on short grass. 

Practice like other's have said. 

Flymo maybe quicker.

Yes but needs grass that has been managed short.

Please don't use the word 'strimmer' that is a brand name of Black & Decker...a bastardization of the words 'grass' and 'trimmer'

 

Sorry, but a pet hate of mine......using the word strimmer is like using the word hoover to mean a vacuum cleaner.
