Took the wee ones ice skating earlier, sure why not, 'tis the season. I hate being a beginner at something, but they had fun. 

 

Pulling on my Christmas jumper later and going for a hot whiskey or two with the mountain rescue folks, followed by a festive kebab and chips in the small hours and Christmas films on the sofa with the children in the large hours.

That's how they had grown on limb of pine I cleared up earlier in the year.
