Kira having little nose lick of one of her brothers before he went off to school.

Then, this evening I took her to the clay ground as my oldest son fancied a blast.  I also thought it a good opportunity to get her used to the bangs.

No point having a hunting breed scared of bangs.

She wasn’t fazed one bit.

When she was about one, I stood Meike next to me while I blasted away on a pigeon flightline. Wasn't unduly bothered then because I was there and I like to think her hardiness to fireworks etc was related.

You could try one of these, much more comfortable for the dog, she won’t be bumping into things either.

Some one else mentioned these but I can't risk her getting to the stitches, she can nearly get to em now with lanp shade on but just can't quite reach !! I was watching her Saturday night and she was trying her best for about an hour but just can't get to em, cheers all the same, I will post a photo of stitches when I can get one,,

That looks nice and dry at least, hope she heals well. She'll need to get used to the lampshade though, suppose a couple of weeks for the stitches?
