I have used vit E capsules, puncture with a pin and spread on the skin, it softens the scar tissue, good for healing burns too...

Last October I put a Gränsfors Bruk 1.5 kg splitting hatch through index finger and when stitches were removed physio said to massage cut 2 or 3 times a day with E45 cream, there is no pain and scaring not that visible now. F9A4EF44-FEC0-4276-88B2-A16E7CE55079.thumb.jpeg.46250f543a634ecc151d32178c6fc839.jpeg

September 2021, bust the end and squibbed the pad off but it stuck back down. Still a tad sensitive but it works otherwise. Time will sort yours out!

I decided it would be a good idea to fall off my mates crosser a while back, I didn’t plan on almost leaving my little finger behind, Arnica cream seems to soothe it a little, but it can be a right face puller if a catch it wrong.

I think that is still pretty visible tbh.

Image 11 days after accident/surgery just before stitches removed and before start of physio, meant to include image of finger as now 15 weeks later. Had only cut protect Level C glove on but surgeon thought it probably saved the finger despite cut part way through it, using now Level F the highest cut protection glove. 88952258-1A4C-4196-8B67-77A66948239E.thumb.png.598b9da30017a0e1c2a03ca7118d2760.png
