With all this talk from the top brass around the world urging us to be prepared for some kind of Russian conflict I was thinking narr, they just want to justify the big budgets that they are asking for.

But after seeing this I'm not so sure

They said on the news some General thought we should have military training as standard in the population ready for a call up scenario, then they asked people on the streets of somewhere what they thought.

 

A youth with floppy hair and strange fitting trousers said he thought it'd be fine as he'd played plenty of Call of Duty, even listed off all the weapons he had experience using.

I remember how to use the weapon systems on a gunship. X and L1 is lots of little bullets, R2 is big mortar type things that kaboom russian tank.

I've even completed a SF mission alone in Pripyat, Chernobyl.

 

We'll be ready.

Im ok as I was 60 a few months ago, so I wont get called up.

Can you imagine the number of complaints being made by new recruits because,

Floppy haired muppet aside, I hope that you aren't dissing COD!

Although I'm more of a counter strike man myself.

 

Imagine just for one minute what the aftermath would look like. Benefits street "I can't work because of my nerves" would be the only living survivors.

I stopped playing cod as I was fed up of being killed by 10 year olds within seconds, so I should be ok in an actual war scenario
