It's a shame you couldn't train birds to do the gravel. There are thousands of them just flying round doing nothing. Dossers. I just saw a lovely little thing on facebook about rats that are trained to find people trapped in rubble and flick a switch and come back for a treat when they have. I'm looking at rats on facebook because I want to avoid looking at my van, that a mate and I spent a whole day on yesterday, him welding me doing various other jobs to satisfy some babe bureaucrat writing rules about the nick in my seatbelt. It's my face and my windscreen. I'll mash one into the other if I want to.

Err, what are you on about you mong, birds aren't real. They are all government surveillance drones. Good luck training them to carry gravel!

Rats have also been trained in mine sweeping work too, I believe. Occasionally with more, er, visibly successful results.

It's your face and your windscreen - but in the event you were to go through it - the custom is to scrape you up into a van and present you to the hospital for repair, a costly repair on taxpayers money

Those power barrows are looking increasingly appealing. I'm moving a lot of rocks and gravel at home at the moment, that stuff is heavy, yo.

I have recently added the flatbed with forks option. Proving really useful. I bought mine via Fresh Products but you can deal direct with Mucktruck. Built in Cornwall.

Morning all.

Hope you good people are fighting fit this fine day.

Been lazy on the register lately. Got considerably more to think about when I wake up these days with the 'new' job. Enjoying it a lot but there's much more mental input required from me these days.

Think it was Bob that warned a while back "all work and no play...", very apt, I'm becoming quite the dull boy! Still, proper weekend off now, no overtime, no homers, no plans at all, weather reasonable so I'm looking forward to just seeing what happens.

Have a good one folks.

Play up pompey!

My mates son is captain of Worthing who are in a tense promotion battle at the top of the National league south.
So I’ll be keeping an eye on that game.

At the coast this weekend, weather set fair, back feeling better this morning.
