Morning Lads,

Hope you enjoy the day and not to hot. We are finishing off a window job today and hope to be done by 3pm

Dropped the motorbike off yesterday for an MOT and service and fingers crossed i can pick her up later today.

I live within the 1 mile of the Brecon Beacons national park and anyone who has been there knows the lush countryside.

Mick hope you get the wood pile sorted bud 💪

Morning all.

Been a good week (except for the inevitable nest issues), looking forward to the end of play today as we've a team meal planned.

We felt the need to celebrate the demise of Mick's woodpile properly!

Otherwise it's another day cutting trees in the sun for us.

Have a good one folks.

Tree surgeons who don't heat with wood baffle me.

Who doesn’t heat with wood?

On a typical day, when it’s an everything off site job I’ll bring 1 and a half to two tonnes of pine or some rubbish back here.
I’ve had 4 tonnes back this week alone.
The premium stuff is either given away to friends or neighbours (of me or the client) or put to one side for me to split and store for our use.
We are fast approaching the point where I’m splitting wood for whoever buys the house of us in a few years!

Morning troops . Too hot to sleep last night . Almost got off when the bloody fire works started from the first evening of the festival of speed Got another 3 nights of it which seems to coincide with the hot weather .

Good morning.

Feel a lot of resonance here. It's been a good week. On my own, my own pace and plenty cleared away.

Also a few disturbed nights which isn't unusual, but all together at the same time becomes a drag.

Have a productive one and be sure to rehydrate responsibly later on, I will 😉

Morning all,

Got MEWP connected up to laptop and then to dealer yesterday. Just as they were ready to try and locate the fault, the machine started working properly again. So now I will take laptop and connector cables out to every mewp job until it plays up again. Then use phone as hot spot for connection. Oh yes, also remember to take climbing rope up in basket to get doen, or at least throw line to get a rope up.

The Flying Scotsman did not have all this witchcraft yet it worked very well. Such is progress.

Have a good day all, stay cool if you can.
