There’s a load of folk on FB saying they haven’t received orders paid for months ago.

 

Are they answering the phone?

Someone told be they had gone bust, after searching on facebook there is allsorts of chatter..

I've recieved a couple of orders within the last two weeks, everything I ordered was there and service on one order was quick. The other order was made about a month ago, but at the time of ordering I was told there might be a delay on delivery while they had to wait for a couple of items to come in.

Mate just rang me to tell me it's gone bust and their phone lines are down as well so doesn't look good.

I'm still waiting for 2 hedge cutter combi attachments I ordered in March. They were part of a bigger order which I received in dribs and drabs over the last couple months.

If you paid by credit card phone them to refund you

This looks ominous, as I just sent a battery charger back for repair 3wks ago and haven't heard anything, phones are mysteriously out of order (for over a week now) and email's not been answered. F@£k!

They expanded to their midlands depot just as the arse fell out the Arb sector - I've only bought essentials this year and know of lots of firms struggling up here, so can't see anyone buying much at present!

Thanks. I did but annoyingly I cancelled that credit card last month so doubt they will help. Will find out though.
