RIP Jed. A stark reminder

Anyone familiar with Guilty Of Treeson Youtube Channel and his work will have seen Jed in some of his videos. Seemed like a great bloke and can honestly say despite never meeting him that I learnt a lot from his content. His felling video is a great watch and a real legacy to leave behind now he’s gone. Heartbreaking and a stark reminder of how dangerous the job can be. Doesn’t matter how experienced you are, mistakes can happen in an instant. There’s a go fund me to raise money for his family which I’ve put below.

I have chatted to Jed for years as a member of the treehouse forum.

 

He was very humble, modest and encouraging of others.

 

He was also a sponsored skater back in the 90’s.  A legend in skating as well as a very accomplished tree man.

 

RIP Jed.
