In many ways I don’t mind JV.

Sometimes I listen and I think ‘how can you be so naive?’

I remember him being astonished that lorry drivers piss in bottles and chuck it out the window.

That people can drink as much as a bottle of wine a night.

That anyone would drive over a hundred miles an hour just because they wanted to.

He is the living embodiment of the metropolitan elite.

He's like you say naive or plays dumb  and just a winging twat questioning and bidding 2 sides of stupid questions / arguments against each other. Like radio Jeremy Kyle.

I suppose its what folks like to listen to nowadays. Pointless shit to distract them from their lives or getting forwards

I switch several times a day from 4, 2 and 1. JV is just sensationalist tripe - akin to listening to the Sunday Sport.! R1 just gets a tad to regionalism with "local" accents and woke fakeness at times! Occasionally on 4, they have some good programmes that lead BBC Sounds! For example, "I'm sorry, I haven't a clue!" Is very entertaining!
