Haha yep! We knocked up a little one this morning to hold her 4 most expensive packs

Danish oil will be fine and a light coating of wax if required

I’m probably not the one to ask, but I’ve put the same treatment on elm yes and oak now and it came out nice everyone. Just a case of choosing the best colour wax. I used clear on the yew and dark oak on the elm and oak
