Taxing tractor

So I have ran tractor under agri/Forestry but big change to work now more domestic at big properties, so need help to what I tax class I put it in. 

Tractor is 1984 top speed of 30kmph and only pulling 8ton trailer or chipper mounted on it.

Even if tractor is just less then 3500kg,, I was reading no mot if less then 40kmph top speed.

My tractors got changed to historic vehicles without my requesting it, I wonder if they will catch me, last time I got pulled on one was 1980 in Chiselhurst.

Your right, this is a question i would personally not ask on here as you will get that many different answers, so all i will say is a guy i work with has a New Holland t200 14/15 plate he tows A 14 tonne Dooson round on a lowloader behind it and been pulled several times, he taxes it as general haulage and runs on white, nothing else,,

You wont get many tractors with a mam under 3500kg. But yes if under 3500kg then a BE licence to tow over 3500 but under 7500kg with a gtw under 12000kg a c1e. If vehicle over 7500kg or gtw over 12000kg then CE which is where most tractors will be.

Just waiting for them to let me do my wagon licence  in my tractor and trailer then ey 😉
