I would imagine people like that are probably high on drugs or lots of alcohol or both and off their head. No excuse for that really. Having fun is one thing, but being destructive to society is another thing entirely.

One Friday evening many years ago I was on my way to a party. A car was in a ditch in a very nice neighbourhood. The guy in the car was off his head on cocaine. A bag of which he looked like he had in the boot. He got out the car. Took all of his things including the bag of cocaine and left before the cops could get there. Unbelievable people. Drugs are ruining society along with many other things. But drugs is a big problem.

One New Years eve on the way home a guy had run his car through a wire fence near our reservoir, he was very drunk and probably on drugs by the way he was acting. He hadn't particularly damaged the car, but either way. Not good.

Friend of the guy i know who told me where the bike was located near a reservoir that is on a popular walkers route spotted 2 x 15/16 years olds riding it about.
