Lovely bit of kit - rarely in this country would you get a customer with easy access like that. It’s gravel drive, narrow, muddy, etc or a combination of all of them.

Tipped load on driveway and customer to sort unless they want to pay extra for your time to barrow and stack (I don’t offer this - my time is too valuable to me)

I have a hiab to drop bulk bags on the floor, if need be I use this dolly 600x400mm to cart anywhere thats fairly flat.  works on most surfaces apart from gravel.  I think toolstation sell one similar.  needs to be fairly small or makes harder to get out.  this dolly is easy to pull out.  works great for me on my own. 

   If you used bigger wheels would go over more rough ground, larger board would make more stable however harder to pull out.

How about thoose carts they have in B&Q  but with bigger  off road  wheels/castors
