Not yet but its about to be CE marked apparently.

My Zigzag plus and Zillion are both within the effected serial numbers, they are replacements from some which have cracked and were sent back. Not sure that I have much faith in having them replaced. How are they working out the refunds?

It is already for sale on the German Freeworker site.

Sorry, does anyone know or know where I can find the list of affected serial numbers?

And if my zigzag is within the range of serial numbers how can I get my money back because my has been slipping almost since I bought it.

Thanks

It’s all in the link on page 1 of this thread

What is the alternative that can switch between srt and drt easy in the tree?

I never got my head round srt on tip end jobs, I’m quicker on a double rope. However for access or a dismantle I like srt.

mine zz plus has slipped a touch from new, reckon it probably should go back but not till I’ve got something else to climb with, a hitch climber seems like a huge backwards step to me. Does any one in the uk stock the rope runner pro?

i used to think that, but i find it significantly easier doing reductions on srt. one can rub against and redirect of as many branches as possible and still have a frictionless system. also the ability to drop down and work the crown from the outside

Big connifer and Mac removals I find can be easier srt when there is a lot of up to tip tie and down to cut, a spready oak I do stick to double rope. I have done reductions srt but Im always busy doing what I know to slow down a notch and get my head round something else, I know I should but I just never have done much, maybe I will once I decided what to get to climb on next, reckon the rope runner pro may be the ticket to make me reteach myself srt for reductions.
