I don't thin Sabiniana is often sold in the UK so it's probably something else. Looks like a garden setting though so who knows.

If it's three my first stop would be monterey (P radiata)

Three needles per spray. I like the idea of sabinia. But it could be a Scots pine dying back perhaps. Who knows, but thanks for the good ideas!

I know Monterey has 3 but I don't remember it being as " see through " as this specimen  .

Yes it is normally dark green but it has slender wavy needles and is arguably more common than other 3 needle pines.

 

This tree looks a bit suppressed and juvenile which may be affecting its form.

 

If the needles are truly drooping then have a look at mexican P patula, I don't remember seeing one ever but it may fit with the very long needles.

How is your form holding up spaceman ? Not to much in the way of drooping i hope as a man should keep his pecker up at all times 🤣
