I guess there must be people out there with them or B&Q wouldn't stock them. I knew they did because I saw them on the shelf in there last time I went.

Dad had his arc welder on one and just removed the smaller than 13 amp round pin sockets from my own house

The round pin 15A plugs still used in theatrical lighting bars perfectly legal led have over taken the fitting market but a lot of the infrastructure is still on these some big patch panels using them !

Rare in domestic the 3A and 5A version are about, 15A is used a lot in theatre and tv studios mostly LED now

 

A lot were rewired for 16A commando outlets  but still loads out here in older theatres and schools/college or were a few years ago
