Got a ifor 8x5 tipper I use for wood chip on large jobs and log delivery's with mesh sides which I lined with alloy sheeting think it 2mm got fabrication company to cut it to size and bend a lip on the top edge, made flat squares to fix it to mesh and riveted along top edge.

Been on trailer for must be 8_9 years know.

Will post some pictures later.

You could use 3mm stokboard.

I bought a load of 3mm perspex for exactly this purpose some months ago but haven't got round to doing anything about it.

I now have a nagging doubt; can you pop rivet 3mm perspex without shattering it?

Drill slightly bigger rivet hole - rubber washer under rivet head. K
