Wheel and hub are mis matched re stud spacing. maybe a stud removed to make rim fit this making the wheel run eccentricly?

The car has been targeted by potential dog thieves and had a zip tie fastened to it as a secret sign.

Lack of damage to wing/inner arch when compared to the state of the tyre (someone has put that wheel on after the event for some reason)?

The answer was the cable tie around an alloy wheel, was he/she thinking it would hold the wheel on...

It seems to have worked though Eggs mate , clearly the wheel is still on. ?  Can we have a different answer ? ?
