Dead saws.. what are they worth?

Zactly Dempsey!  

Bent bar  = didnt make the cut properly/ accurately. 

Cut strop  = didn't take proper care

Chain brake handle guard broke = smacking it thru crotches or hanging miles off harness. 

Air filter housings smashed  = see above. 

 

Seen enuff - an broke a few myself  ( oddly i paid fr them cos..... Well, you would.......)

What you doing with them saws,, selling on the bay and have PayPal take a cut. As well as the bay..

 

or selling them here to us hungry but skint lot..?

 

I could do with making a 150 up with those bits..

 

if that 044 is a 12mm Wrist pin I’d be interested ?

Less so these days Mick, there are a fair few on the circuit that can barely afford the drive to work or buy a sandwich let alone buy a saw. A bit odd when you consider their earnings and that some of them still live with their parents. We had one a few years ago that was tipping our mix in his car to get home :dontknow:

Can’t see any actual selling going on in this tread, so I’ll start:
I’m having a corona clear out. These two old engines used on a pedestrian grinder. Both popping & backfiring when they got removed so going for spares - make me an offer.
Also got a box of 357 and 372 spares that need to go, probably a few hedgecutters as well. Can post pictures.
