Only got a small one (14”), but it’s stood up to a winter of Hedgelaying, coppicing and ground tree work. As one of our front line saws it’s works almost every day but the bar has shown no wear, only been dressed once in months. There every bits as good Poss better than the sugi bars. I dont buy stihl bars anymore unless stuck, they don’t last in comparison.

Have a 72" double power head GB bar and it's has been used, abused and still keeps going strong. When I first got it had to drill a couple of new mount holes and after 6 bits took it to a local engineering firm who still broke 2 bits before doing the job so very hard ! No cracks or rail wear so would assume the "normal" bars will be as good ?

Got the 48" stihl, 56" GB and 84"GB.
All have different uses.
I started milling on the 880 with the duromatic bar.
Absolutely fine.
Never even needed an aux oiler.
Then I got GB bars....
Yes there is a big difference.
Now I only use the duromatic for cross cutting huge trees and stumps.

I have a 42 inch sugi hara since 2014. It's been used for milling, cross cutting and the odd fell. Been dressed a couple of times but is lasting well. Very stiff bar and hard wearing. Doesnt see work on a regular basis but I'm impressed with how long its lasted.

Have a 16 inch on an echo 501 which has a lot of ground work done, small chip just behind the nose on the underside now but it's not affecting the cut. In fairness both bars have far outlasted any stihl bar in terms of comparable use.
