Not quite.

 

Its estimated about half the tattie crops failed. Potatoes where still shipped to England during the famine, along with everything else.

At the min I’m into baby potato's boiled then rough them up a bit in the pan add sea salt butter and coleslaw, great with a bit of rice and marinated chicken

That is where you are going wrong, I find fifteen minutes is ample....

Not if you want to make shoes out of them.
