Pataks Indian sauces are probably the best of the ready-mades IMO but even they need pepping up with extra flavour and spices.

Still like mint sauce! Even add a bit with a raw courgette and tomato salad,  with plenty of garlic and salt and pepper.  Each to there own I suppose!
