So.... 4am get up, breakfast brew at 8am with a couple of mini pork pies. Finished work at 2:30pm went and put a temporary lamb shelter up at a mates field, with this bad wind on the way it’ll be brutal for the newborns, one born only a few hours ago too. 4:30pm on my way home and i’m chuffing hank marvin...... so dug this lot out the fridge [emoji6]

10 mins later, made a bit too much of the mushroom peppercorn sauce but hey ho, and i don’t do waste so on it went [emoji16]

Spuds were good, reduced in local shop, 40p [emoji16] beetroot was crap compared to my dads home grown, steak was from lidl[emoji108]and peppercorn sauce was a cheat, asda granuals and boiling water added to mushrooms cooked in butter [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] still enjoyed it like [emoji4]

There seems to be a theme developing with your diet...

I batch everything in twos when i freeze stuff, and being a single man now [emoji4] it just means i have to kinda eat a similar version of what i’ve took out twice a week. I hate waste, so dont mind if i eat exactly the same stuff two days on the bounce either but i do try to switch it a little if i can.
