Mine in action in Cambridge earlier in the year. Two skinny kids just about keeping the back down. Sopping wet poplar. The grab is big and heavy, I suspect homebrewed. Probably slightly too big for the machine but a wide pinch is nice for big diameter rounds.

Those opicos looks great, just a bit too wide for me. Really tempted by a secondhand one but decided to spend double on a new Sherpa and know that I can get it in more back gardens.

I once rolled a diesel Sherpa about twenty feet from the river Thames. It ran completely upside down for a good minute before I could get to the off switch. Stood it up with four men and a lever and left it for an hour. Worked fine for the rest of the week. Lessons were learned.

I’ve got a Skidster. Absolutely love it! I’ve got two sets of wheels. Grass wide and narrow ones. Fits through a gate way with ease!

Just reviving this thread as I'm about to pull the trigger on a Sherpa 100.

Did you get it through Steve Hadfield ? When does yours arrive. I’ve just had mine costed up with attachments but they are unable to do demos this year. Might have to pop down and look at yours

I can't see how those things can be comfortable to drive about must hard on back and knees being chucked about.

Only had a couple of hours play on demo machines but it's amazing how much easier everything is when you turn the revs down. Still got to be easier than handballing everything.
