Through envy of doobins bargain I came across this whilst browsing for similar machines.

Be perfect for a lot of small jobs round the house!

I really, really like that. You get so much more interesting and better value machines in the Nordic countries. What money? Will it suit your work?

Opico Skidster. Looking for 2 sets of seals for the lift rams for my skidster, any pointers of where to get them from.

Any decent hydraulic repair shop will be able to reseal for you. They are not too massive to courier either.

Thanks for that, but I would like to do it myself because I am like that.

that’s actually in the states!

had a search and came up with similar machines sold at auction 2-3 years ago both for about 10-12k over here. Sounds a reasonable price.

It’d be great at home (small holding) -stick a snow plow on the front for winter, plenty of digging and leveling planned for the coming years too.

Then just open them up and measure them to order them.

That's the problem with ordering seals for a non standard ram. My local company are pretty good matching the old seals if you take them in with the gland "nut" and piston and will get seals back in a couple of days at a fraction of the price of the machine importer.
