Yes I realise that, but Mull gave his drunken assumption I picked it up from working with Yanks. I just find it winds people up more than 'knickers in a twist'. [emoji14]

P.S.

I am convinced stupid people(like Politicans and senior Council staff) started using "impacted" instead of affect/affected/effect/effected, because they did not understand the bloody difference in the meaning and use of the two words.

Where is JRM when one has need of his Etonian education.
