I find that astonishingly cynical. And as  Rail engineer I will point out the correct hammer was used as per method statement and Coss instruction ( just weren't heavy enuff :p) k

But which end of the correct hammer was used?

Having spent 32 years in a Local Authority, I quickly larned that such arcane knowledge was somewhat  more esoteric than I  had foolishly presumed.

P.S.

I was pleased to see that Monsanto had thought to clearly specify that the plug was to be inserted smaller diameter end first.
