BT lines, who is responsible

It can depend on who's line it is and who's tree.

If they run a line over your land to another person and your tree grows up and rubs the wire, thats their lookout, but its your line and your tree that grows up and rubs the line, they can hold you responsible.

Word.

We have loads of cable round d our way that has never been buried yet,

Apparently they have a contractor with a mole plough, though he was paid in advance for the work, and surprisingly a lot of cables never buried he was apparently difficult to get hold of always on holiday,

We had this scenario recently, got a bloke in by the name of Bullman, he sorted the job in a couple of hours including Tea and Smoke breaks, he took half a days money off me, everyone happy.:thumbup1:

Mrs Egg said she would try and find another job for him in the near future, more to do with the shape of his backside, rather than his skill with trees.:sneaky2:

Yep, Mr B. Couple of little jobs, that's what Steve called them. He dropped a conifer and trimmed an Acer?? With the phone line through it.

I dragged the brash...... I wasn't impressed, he was getting bits of tree on the ground faster than I could get them to the bonfire heap. saying that I don't Rush these days.

Please don't keep mentioning his ass.:laugh1:
