Tipper or 4x4 with tipper trailer?

You could tow a chipper with the combo van and a tipping trailer with a 4x4.

This would give you seriously good weight carrying capacity, but it’s a bit ungainly for a typical domestic driveway.

You need to think what your target market is going to be.

To be fair at the minoute i am targeting all markets but would eventually like to get into both forestry and arborticulture i also do landscaping and work along side builders so ive already done a bit of felling clearing ground but i am starting to get a passion for trees and want to learn everything possible about how to prune top and also maintain a trees health its a really nice industry i want to get into

You will soon grow out of it.

 

We run a L/R 90 towing chipper( wife fancied a 90) and a 110 hicap towing cage sided 12x 6.6 Ifor non tipping. Suits our works well, we do mix of large domestic, commercial and pipeline wayleave clearances.
