that was bloody steep for what it is too at 15.5k. You’d get a mini digger for that ffs. 

That does make a 1.5 mini look good value🤷‍♂️

But for whatever reason these these are what  they are and we can only make a few quid where we can 😂😂👍

Your Codmidi does look bob on, but if I go down loader route I think it will be mini wheeled variant.

Saw this  electric one, a bit short on infos on batteries etc.  alibaba has 1000's of similar electric ones also thers some posh electric italian ones

Hi, I've been thinking about a 1/2 ton tracked dumper for a while now but hadn't even thought about an electric one, but certainly food for thought though 👍

 

The one you put the link to seems to be the same as the Lumag for the most part except for the hopper and as the price quoted seems to be inc. vat would it appear to be a bit of a bargain  [ after just a quick look ] cheers.

Tested the dumper modification on a job yesterday. 20ft cyprus "hedges". I fabricated a towball plate which attaches to the dumper, and a gooseneck hitch which attaches to the trailer with the aid of 4 g-clamps. Still needs some tweaking. The ball is center of turn, so the dumper can pivot with minimal stress. Trailer ramp (trailer grade plywood) goes on top of the trailer with ratchet straps for a work platform. The trailer weighs about 400kg with all this and a man. The dumper pulled and pushed it no bother on flat softish lawn, but struggled on slopes, especially with turning. It did expedite the work a lot. Gives you around 5 foot extra hight and a very stable footing.

Heres my Crytec mini dumper , couldnt do without it being a one man band and being an old fart. Great for hauling timber and towing my wee chipper . Made a basic log rack that can bolt on and off. Next job is too mount a towing eye for dragging piles of brash etc.

Curious to know why you went for the gooseneck method rather than mounting a ball hich on the end of the loadbed. I'd want to load up the dump unit itself,  and the trailer.....but hey I'm just greedy.

Think this. I've got the tow ball attachment for my muck truck which is front of skip, heavy trailer is then putting load on the front wheels only which can tip it up.
