Well I had a go at burls cast in resin and produced the below, my first attempt at castin resin, I intend to make a small plinth with a light source to show off the burl within. Something different. Thanks to Matt for the Burrs

I guess to make £30 It seems a lot but with all the time, equipment and time involved it is a realistic price. This one took me a weekend so that's about £3 hour..... Lol I won't be retiring anytime soon. Would rather trade for interesting timbers than sell for beer tokens...

About 3 1/2" diametre will have a go at another and see if I can get my time and motion results lower lol.
