Why?

 

I regularly used to jump high off off roofs and land on my feet. So jump from 10 ft but run and jump 5ft higher and then land into a roll with zero injury. 

 

20ft wont kill you if you land ok. Same as slipping in the shower will kill you if you don't land ok.
