Last year the neighbours strange son had a go at a reduction on that tree and for the last 12 months I had look at the poor thing every time I sat having a cig. At least the poor thing is now resting in piece in someone's gateway in a lane not far from here

Whilst taking an Ash down today in Worcester today MRS R took some pics of another professional crew working in my street

I take it the saw ran out of fuel so they brought out a beaver.

Don't you just love them, I priced up for a local posh lady a week ago, whilst there she asked if I could get down and read her water meter, then had I a few minutes to show her gardener how to sharpen his little electric saw, and finally whilst walking to her trees could I catch her daughters hoss that was running round without a head collar on. All done, rather foolishly in the hope of a couple of days work.

Was in her precinct yesterday and some 'smash n grab ' outfit had butchered the lot .
