It does look like a standard one lane closure, rain it down soft tare cut it over the railings. But it's easy to be a armchair IPad arborist.

How you do it is more important than how everyone else would do it. Your risk assessment will determine the best way. Cost of MEWP, crane, road closure, etc isn't an issue that will be included in the price.

Plenty of advice here already but however you do it there'll be potential customers watching.

Tough one especially if pricing against others. A decent climber and a couple of groundies would have an easy day on that tree. If cost allowed I would get a decent hiab lorry in with a driver well versed on takedowns, he could also load up and deliver the sticks back to the yard.

Someone like Sean Mathews comes to mind ( shameless plug http://www.mandmtransportservices.co.uk/ ), £800 ish a day depending on travelling so a few hours of his time would be money well spent.
