I just explained my expenditure is covered, I don't stress about work too much (probs not more than said subby wondering about the next good earner).

Good planning and making sure I hire only the best means my balls are well cared for, though there's always a bit of contingency dosh added to the quote.

 

I could pay less, sure, but it would mean less quality workers, less productivity and thus no more money in my pocket per day worked?

 

I'm happy to make my subbies happy, it makes me feel good, them feel good, all of us earn good money and if a job needs to go on for a few more hours one day every so often both they and I are happy to slog on, never a grumble!

 

It suits my life and business model: I work as little as possible for as high a wage as possible, shared fairly.

Im finding it rather entertaining not sure were to reply haha. I think i need to find a new boss lol who pays me what I'm worth not taking the piss out of me . Wouldn't be so bad of he didn't go on hols and conveniently forget to pay me :(

Haven't read it all but did you say how much you actually get paid.
