Thinking about getting an Arb Trolley.
Any recommendations, is the Stein one worth the best part of a grand?

Thing with an arb trolley, you can put a lot of weight on but then it's a lot of work to pull. I've done some jobs where we pulled the trolley round with a quad bike, absolutely brilliant and moved a lot of wood like that.

I haven't bought one myself, I think £2k spent on a muck truck is better investment. If you have the business use, mini loader is the way to go.

I've got the TCF engineering one, it's good, especially with the wide tyres. It's well made, quite heavy, I imagine the stein one is lighter.

I use it a lot at home round the yard/garden

Our Brash Cart is ideal for tree surgeons, gardeners and foresters to move brash, logs, timber and chip.

Been looking on their website...does the price shown include vat and delivery - no indication on the price shown. Also do the wheels have bearings? Thanks

The front bar with handle in the stein arb trolley is only in on a pin, so you can swap it out for a drawbar with hitch. Don't know if the one at work was an option or bought elsewhere, but it's only a bit of box section with hitch so not difficult to arrange either way.

Would make sense if  the brash carts had  a tow hitch that could be optionally fitted instead of the T bar?

Yep the TCF engineering ones have the option of a 50mm ball hitch drawbar, I've towed it with the muck truck before.

You can also mount the handle in numerous positions, to give you a cart that is short and nimble or able to carry long lengths. I moved a stack of 16ft sawn timber (larch) with it
