Bound to be, the place has been closed and demolished apart from a gas fired turbine. One of the local farmers tried to get them to take woodchip from his short rotation willow planting, the railway from Bristol that delivered the coal ran through his farm, but they wouldn't entertain it. It grew rank and he had to give it away, must have been 20 years ago.

Depends , what services was it ? When I worked for kier who I don't know from anywhere i asked for money up front.. I also turned down a 50k job with them also because it would have been such a **************** about and could have made me go bankrupt ....so yeah I'm at that point where I'm not bothered about work I've either got my t&c s or il do another job that I know will pay. That's it really , and don't care 😂

Mate of mine is thinking of buying this box to live in, and he's asked me to do the conversion. Am I right in thinking I could cut through the bulkhead into the box to create access from cab to living area? My thinking is it would be fine as the bulkhead and box aren't structural. Your thoughts please. 登录 Facebook WWW.FACEBOOK.COM 登录 Facebook,与好友、家人和认识的人分享和建立联系。

21 a cube? A transit holds 4 to 5 cube. So 80 to 100 quid a load? Better than a poke in the eye.
-
That's my whole point, trust is earned. Why anyone would expect me to pay them upfront when I've never dealt with them before is beyond me, and vice versa.

£21 pounds a cube for would chip, that's if they accept it at Didcot, less than 6 weeks old and couldn't have much greenery in it. Artic and bulker 21 cubic metres is the max the could take in one hit, still have to rent the yard and load the chip...that's if it doesn't get refused in Didcot.. Yes everything has a value, but its got to be financially viable . Just realised I've tagged you in it

I knew of a dopey plumber who got screwed for 30k 🤣 if your nieve enough to let bills rack up on the hope of getting paid -u only have your self to blame . Also just for future reference ,doing also what you've done in the past you need to be very wary of doing, can be classed as theft and also if you book out materials knowing someone's going bankrupt it can be classed as fraud ...best thing is ask for money up front or chase them through court . Its not easy for the small people ...but just ask the idiots who supplied goods to carillon up front and never got paid .. Some people learn the hard way .

Ive heard the Sherpas and ASs are good. The Grillo looks like an Iseki, maybe the Grillo is a knock off. Ive just managed to raise the deck a bit on the Grillo, by moving a 'shut off' so the blades can turn in the travel position. The highest standard height setting was 90cm, which was too high and I was hitting too much and digging into the soil.

For Starmer and VDL it was an utter embarrassment. I guess Trump must have enjoyed his time there as they all came to kiss the orange arse, sweet revenge considering he was laughed at and mocked by the EU/ German elite a few years ago when he warned about reliance on Russian energy and lack of NATO spending. Who’s laughing now 🤷♂️🤷♂️

We have been using a sherpa and friend has an Iseki that seems good and decent value for money. Seems you get slightly more comfort when you spend a bit more

I was once asked to "assist" in the recovery of goods fitted to a hotel/country club project that had clearly gone south, the bloke responsible had fleeced just about everyone involved in it and I was with the heating installer as he didn't fancy going alone, we had already removed the new boiler that had not been paid for, and moved on to pipework and rads, valves etc, so I'm in one of the rooms and the door bursts open and six feckin' huge guys enter the room with a little attitude, I grab a couple of copper off cuts and hoping to show them my amateur escrima skills asks, "ok, who's first" matey is behind me with an adjustable wrench looking rather nervous. they all look a little taken aback by my willingness for combat,, and the front guy says,," steady mate we're just here to collect the snooker table that hasn't been paid for" I have to admit I was a bit relieved, all day people were turning up to salvage what they could from the work they had done and were never to get paid for, carpets, lighting, tables, various items of furniture. It later transpired the con man who was the culprit in this had done similar previously, and a couple of rather suspect insurance jobs. I expect those that got burned were a bit dubious about starting the next job without at least a sizable deposit for work they were contracted for.

Exactly, I watched the video and the main point he made (to me) wasn't that there was starvation in Gaza but the point as made above, that 'we' should be do more than take the world news on the back of 1 image or report. Seen it all over where those trying to make political points only point the camera in the 'right' direction (camera - could as easily be the authors pen) while ignoring what is going on behind them. As far as Gaza, Israel is banning the press from recording images, what we see is of course biased but... if all was nice and rosy, nothing to be concerned by the way Israel is conducting its operations then the press would be welcomed in to report their spin on things.
