  1. Past hour
  2. I use a rock CVR85 with 13HP, his has now become my main chipper as where I am it is mostly in the back gardens, I had two towable and they have both been nicked off of the back of the van. Thee Rock will take up to 4" which is fine as anything bigger than that goes on the fire.
  3. I've used a Jansen chipper. Chinese not German built.
  4. Full width chippers are not going to get into a back garden and chip where it can be left. This is more for small solo jobs where I can chip under the trees/hedge to leave it as mulch, as a way to deal with waste and keep my price affordable. For jobs big enough for a full size chipper and tipper to take it away, I'll quote extra to get somone in. I'm not ready for that expense yet.. I have a job like that mext week, I'm not getting very much of the quote but with a small chipper I could do it all myself. Whats the opinion on drum vs disc for these small machines? I"m thinking, if its all straight easy feeding stuff, then disc would be the clear winner, but drum has a much wider opening and will take twisted stuff better? I've never used the drum type..
  5. Then after about three or four years it should have settled down into a more manageable growth/pruning cycle. Hopefully with plenty of reachable, decent fruit.
  6. Today
  7. Zackly; leave it for this year. By July you'll see what we mean! Then you Google 'summer pruning of apples' and the work continues.
  8. What nailed Ratcliffe's words as acceptable to me but red rag to the salivating media was the fact that it was our glorious leader up first for demanding an apology. For expressing a personal opinion. How very dare he when he's plainly WRONG don't you know 😁
  9. Agreed - wee chippers are great as back up machines and for tight access back gardens. Being able to take mine through houses has won me loads of jobs. Do I remember right that you started using a cs100 as your main chipper many years ago in France? Apologies if my aging memory deceives me? 👍
  10. Looks nice.
  11. No you or “we” obviously dont know what I meant, you made an assumption an incorrect one. Fair enough. Encourages the whole Trans lunacy was what I said. Well you didnt say that but thats ok if thats what you meant to say.
  12. I deal with cold hard facts and evidence here in the UK Mark, regarding issues that affect UK citizens including children girls and women. Not rumours, sensationalism or even conspiracy theories about mossad and billionaires on an island thousands of miles away. Why are you and the sexual deviant SP/TA not bothered about industrial scale rape on your own doorstep. The whole trans lunacy thing is far more insidious than “ men in frocks”. Do you have kids Mark ??. Seems that Bill Clinton is/was a friend of Epstein's. Mark is meant to be news to anyone??
  13. I never called anybody anything? unlike you.
  14. What a tosser editing someone else’s post. It was only a few weeks ago you were publicly humiliated for similar actions. You that desperate to get one over me you are prepared to lie and be utterly shown up on here 🤷‍♂️ commenting on or jumping in on every post I make or others do when there’s the slightest opportunity. Do something constructive, try knocking that manky old coal fire out and putting in a decent log burner, or if it’s more within your comfort zone make a cake or something for your partner “ I would normally say wife but knowing your pro trans SNP stance I don’t want to be presumptuous” especially after watching you **************** up so often due to that very reason.
  15. I added a couple of words in there that might answer
  16. Looks good
  17. Seems that Bill Clinton is/was a friend of Epstein's. Why aren't those implicated going to jail? @Johnsond Why are you seemingly more bothered about men in frocks and Muslim rape gangs than a bunch of billionaires who groom and abuse children?
  18. Probly dun a thousand times old or new but I've got a thing for vintage tools naw after purchasing and resiving a boys axe today it's tassie pattern and has Hoffman handle cool little chopper, would a .hythtest axe would it have been hand forged like a gransfur brucks do you rekon, it's another axe to my collection
  19. U need to go on there website , landrover are doing a classic defender with a v8 as a cabrolea limited edition , at £250k. As goes for the tdci, thats when they started going wrong, cramped internally, transit engine, thinner body work , crap vinyl seats .
  20. Ironhorse he rides lucky bugger i am when she's going well it's like riding thunder when she's not she's a burden motorcycle worrys
  21. The party of sick deviants like yourself that you never comment on or mention but vote for. Corrupt, incompetent, dishonest, with zero moral compass. Like your now long gone leader i presume seeing as you support their policies you agree that a trans woman in a woman then. Idiot
  22. That's a good start I reckon. Best not to overdo it with too much off in one hit.
  23. Thanks G A Groundcare. I didn’t test voltage but directional valve seems to be doing its job. when I swapped plugs rollers spun in reverse constantly and forward when I pressed forward paddle. so there’s constant power in the forward plug once revved up. control box is showing fault code 2(L) Could one of the forward paddle limit switches have become faulty?
  24. There all NPTC's
  25. 26. Lying again it would seem. No SP/TA I’ll not be engaging with a sick prick like you when it comes to anything to do with my kids, you are too fond of creating fantasy scenarios that contain my daughter and rape in the same breath. You have shown the type of individual you are on more than one occasion and just to confirm this you liked the pure disgusting filth a now banned member posted. When it comes to kids and in particular daughters you are a proper low life. I’d gladly say that to your face too.
  27. Here's where I got to with it today—having stepped back and had a look there are a couple of branches I'd like to remove to reduce the height just a bit more but overall I think it's looking ok. My goal was to keep it looking NICE as the focal point of the garden and to also take off what felt appropriate and see how it reacts over the next year as per @Steven P's good advice! With that in mind I also wanted to begin the process of making the apples easier to reach etc. I do worry that I took off too much but it was so cluttered in there that it felt right to open it up in this way. Good day, ghastly drag at the end. Thanks for all the advice.
