Was looking for winch in a box to drag stump grinder on to truck after a couple of near misses. But made one for a lot less and stronger. Used it this morning to pull some dead pines back for road and BT cable with it anchored to Giant.

On a serious note, everywhere we go someone is trying to take pounds out of our pockets that they are not entitled to. It’s not helped by mates like mine who earn good money but don’t know how much their outgoings are, they get a bill and pay it without question.

I’ve just had this with BT mate. Tried to rush me for £1149.96 that wasn’t theirs. I stood my ground and eventually got it knocked off. Took a while. The main problem was finding someone who could sort the problem out, not a call centre idiot with a poor grasp of English. Stand your ground. (As if you won’t!)
