Hello Gents, My Timberwolf has had this problem for a while now, its chips faultlessly until you stick something big into it! then the rollers just won't take it! you have to try it about 4 times before it'll go through, sometime it won't be an issue, but it seems to be getting worse. Done the usual checks of belts etc all good. But I have the speed 2 fault showing once I put the engine past half revs! Any ideas?

Im new on here as a member so hello everyone. Any one got any experience of a tp 160 tracked? Looking at their specs they seem pretty lightweight compared to other 6 inch machines at 1195kg. At this weight it would be possible to put it on some flatbed 3.5t b licence van legally and pull a tipping trailer behind. I think this could be quite an effective one rig set up with a higher road legal load than the traditional 750 tow behind and 3.5 ton tipper van. For the chipper, does light weight mean less robust? Cheers in advance. Paul

hello for sale is our greenmech cm220 55hp 9 inch chipper it was born in 2003 and has only done 430 hours it has a 360 degree turntable which is perfect for the awkward jobs where space is limited.. it has served us well and the only reason we are getting rid of her is because buisness is a bit slow down in devon and we are going to downgrade to an older smaller model. . as i mentioned the chipper is in devon and veiwings are welcome. . we are looking for about £7000 for her and a part ex with an older/smaller chipper would be considered. . any more info give me a ring on 07532105871 or private message me. . cheers

Our company Fletcher Stewart (Stockport) Limited has been advised by the UK Health & Safety Executive (HSE) that it is our responsibility to bring to your attention a recent development regarding Jo-Beau Woodchippers. Following a lengthy investigation by the HSE into the reach distances that Jo-Beau Woodchippers are manufactured to. The HSE have concluded that all new machines must now have their in-feed distances increased. The reason for extending the in-feed distance on these machines is to reduce the risk of the operator coming in to contact with the cutting system. You will see from the picture below an extension tray is now fitted to the model M300. If you have any concerns regarding this matter or if you wish to bring your machine up to the standard now stipulated by the HSE on new machines please contact the manufacturer directly at the address below. To obtain this modification all enquiries must be directed to the original manufacturer and not to Fletcher Stewart. Have recently bought a second hand Kwikchip 225 on a turntable as a spare machine. First day I used it nothing but problems! Initial problem resolved but now the feedrollers won't work at all. Have took covers off and nothing is jammed at all, oil level is good, and only problem I can see is that the hydraulic oil filter has a dent in it and don't know if this would stop it from working. Hydraulic belt seems tensioned too. Anyone have any clues on this machine and what may cause it at all? Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.
