  1. Hi, I need to find a groundy/climber in Derby for a few jobs. All my work is domestic, pretty nice jobs most of the time and decent pay. If you live in the area, then please send me a message.   2. Currently looking for work, ideally within Kent but more than happy to travel. Cross Cutting and Maintenance, Felling up to 380mm, Felling over 380mm, first aid. Own saws, PPE, and transport. Experience in felling both hardwoods and softwoods, oversized Ash and Sweet Chestnut, Ash dieback, cutting to spec, presenting for extraction etc. Also had experience driving 30 ton excavators on building sites with a mixture of buckets and rakes, tractors with cranes and other attachments, telehandlers. 07494 542 809

I have done 2 years in aus already climbing around the country and decided that it is my goal to settle down there. This course has however been postponed until further notice due to the covid 19 situation. I have picked up 3 tickets in my brief time there and am eager to get into some ground work. I am looking for groundsman/trainee arborist work in and around the Telford area (including Shropshire, Staffordshire etc.) I am a proactive and responsible individual with a level head on my shoulders and a fantastic work ethic. I am currently employed as a qualified Traffic Management Operative (skills that might also be useful for utility/roadside arborists). I self-funded my NPTC (CS30/31) qualification earlier this year and am also employed one day a week as a groundsman for a local tree surgeon company in addition to my full-time TMO job. I am keen to take the initiative and more than willing to learn from the ground up in this industry, and as such would be grateful to hear of any opportunities. Thank you for your time.

  21. Hi i'm looking to move to Norway for 6 months and work with the trees there. Has any body got any reccomendations on areas, companies, salaries etc for me please? I have worked as a grounds man mostly but have started climbing and wish to progress my skills further. I have my own gear and UK qualifications for climbing, rescue, chainsaw maintenance and felling, and drivers license. I am flexible on where I work but preferably by the coast! In our small family run business and we are looking at employing another team leader to help run our teams. If you have the temperament for managing people in a safe environment.
