  1. Now that's a more pertinent question. The AA would look pretty silly having their representatives giving public legal advice if said representatives were not both qualified and insured to give such advice. I will read the answer to that question with interest.
  2. You do realise you are coming across a bit ' jealous teenage girlfriend' don't you? 😁
  3. Not really. I'm self employed, and work for businesses most days.
  4. I'm no expert, but shouldn't those pipes be pretty much sealed, so that gases and smoke aren't released back into the room. If that liquid can get out, so can gases.
  5. It's nothing to do with common sense. You are misunderstanding the word company.
  6. If you aren't a company, you aren't a company. All companies will be listed, including LLP's etc. Only sole traders and non limited partnerships will be omitted.
  7. All companies, regardless of size, would be on the list.
  8. Are they your 'money' search terms? Fancy posting your neg list too?
  9. I use you as a benchmark for how much of a knob I'm being on here. Whenever I find myself liking one of your posts (more often than I like to admit), or I get a notification that you've liked one of mine I think "oh God, what have I said? I bet I've written something that is going to upset someone".
  10. Thank you for taking my post in the spirit it was written. For a forum of hairy arse arbs and foresters there are a lot of delicate flowers, ready to take offence at a moment's notice.
  11. Are electrical engineering qualifications relevant in such a situation? I don't see the relevance personally.
  12. Whilst my comment was very much tongue in cheek, there is a certain amount of truth in your statement. It's very well known that people within organisations are promoted to the point at which they are incompetent, and the same can be said for any organised group really. It's rarely the most competent people shouting the loudest, in any situation.
  13. Oh come on, if you want to have a dig at me at least check your English. The ambiguity caused by your inability to articulate your point is just embarrassing. Have another go.
  14. Quite right. I'm sure many are qualified on both counts.
  15. The problem is, there are two types of protestor. Some are soft as shite, and the ones who aren't, are thick as shite.
  16. That is worth a chuckle. The word protestor is simply a synonym for Bell-end.
  17. You are like a little ray of sunshine aren't you. I wouldn't argue against most of what you've written, but it always strikes me as a little 'glass half empty' when we hear about all this poverty that's going to rain down on us all. Whilst some will struggle, there has never been a better time to take responsibility for your own financial situation and thrive regardless of whatever economic situation we are being told to fear.
  18. Here's sticking around here as most other forum admins would have deleted his posts before we even saw them. As I said, he seems like a nice enough lad, he's just doing (literally) everything wrong if he wants to make money on YouTube. Spamming and link dropping crap content is not the way to go about it.
  19. I mean your use of a phone box as an example of a difficult place to find an argument. You know, phone boxes, the things you used to go into to speak to someone on the phone. A really easy place to have an argument with someone.
  20. How could you possibly know whether or not i am 'making it on YouTube'? Actually, I'm not, but I do advise clients how best to use the platform to make money.
  21. You have a duty if care to the insurance company to take reasonable steps to look after it. Beyond that, I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.
  22. I'd go Lenovo too. I've been using Thinkpads for years, and never had a problem.
  23. Usually with insurance companies, they don't do much until you chase them. Make a nuisance of yourself if you want any progress.
