Morning all. Was proper hot yesterday, long day at the first aid refresher but it was an interesting course, amazing how different these things can be dependant on who's delivering them. Got a puppy to look after this weekend, and a wedding reception to fit in too (it's the bride and grooms pup so it'll be in attendance with me for a bit). Think Stubby will approve, she's a Cocker, looking forward to her company. Good luck with the saw race Stubs, we've two crocky specials on order at the moment, eagerly awaiting their arrival! Morning all. Yesterday's torrential rain has passed, river was right up last night but looking like a decent week to come. Chores day mostly, the highlight will be taking a pup called Maple for an introductory walk before her first sleepover with me next weekend. I'm really looking forward to it! I've met her a few times but my mate's getting married next Saturday and I'm having Maple to stay so better do some bonding first. Have a good one folks.

Morning all. Been a lucky week really, Wednesday was a long drag in the heat improved by a kind lady supplying refreshing watermelon,. yesterday we got a nice tip on a job next to an ice cream shop which was lovely, and today I'm out craning with the tractor for a HC dismantle, I'll be the lucky one again having an aircon atmosphere! France felt like a very different heat from Ecosse to me. Hotter but less oppressive. I assume it's the humidity. Today was humid here and a slog, glad we're not getting 33c tomorrow.

I'm "away from the house" usually 11-12hrs but a lot of that is travelling to the yard and then between sites.

Cheers Stubby, I did think of your need to take a long run regularly last night. I'll cover that distance on working days and I'm not known to dawdle whilst doing it so hopefully it keeps it happy.

Your crystal ball needs charged up Alex. My mate took it as a trade in. One owner, barely 50k mls, fsh, well under book price. The only mark in the load bed is from a spilled yoghurt. He got my last one and you know how well it did me, think he's done it again. I can confirm it enjoys doing a ton, haven't pushed it yet.
