  6. Morning all. Back on the site clearance job today, looking forward to it. Mostly felling large Poplar, some were pretty manky. Inclusions, splits and hangers so the brain was engaged all day but the crane taking the strain. Mustn't grumble. Another thing, no base layer yesterday and just a t-shirt by 9am, was lovely.   13. Morning all. Finally Friday, although weekend will have a delayed start as I'm helping a workmate with a homer tomorrow. Emergency job was a long day but went well, first job for that region's new TO, nice guy. By the time we were lifting the trunk out it was the ratchet straps keeping it together.   15. Morning all. Hazard tree to remove today, large Beech leaning over a road with a crack opening up the trunk. TM, mewp, mog and tractor, be an interesting day. Yesterday was good, had our youngster doing a Goat Willow reduction. He's only done a few reductions under lot of guidance but pleased with how he's doing... Have a good one folks.
