    If its bespoke then 2 ways to do that. They buy the tree or trunk at an agreed rate between you and its £30 per hour milling it. Or just come to an agreed price both parties are happy with

    Sharpen like a normal chain depending on what type you have, The modern ones tend to have a thick wide chain so that is totally different, This is similar how i do mine but i use a water grinder

    Can i ask how you you have calculated that soul ?? A lot of factors to consider when working this out. As a maximum output a 5kva will give 5000 watts which is why its called a 5 kva generator, As you mentioned it will run steady around 2.5 kva but will just increase power on demand which is why you ear the engine pick up when power load is increased. Good guide on 240v with a heavy start up is twice the power and on 3 phase its 3 times the power , Example is you have a 3 phase 2 kva it would need 6 kva depending which way its wired up. 240 tends to be less issues

    Great reply and just for the record not self proclaimed as proof is in the pudding and i have a few puddings to my name after 33 years, A craftsman in the making is tom my lad below yesterday, He is autistic, 15 years old 6 feet 2 inches. Only 5/6 years old sometimes in the mind but loves his woodwork so fingers crossed he will have a future with dads help ? Tom has a twin sister beth so yes worn out a couple of head boards knocking them pair out ?
